If you’re thinking about starting therapy, I offer a free initial phone consultation so we can have a brief conversation before you decide whether you’d like to book a session.
Therapy needs to fit around real life, so I offer sessions in person and online, with appointments available during the day, in the evening and at weekends.
My therapy room is on Western Road, on the border of Mickleover and Littleover in Derby, in the DE3 area. It is easy to reach by the Mickleover and Villager bus routes, and parking is available.

Session Fees
Individual Therapy: £60 for 50 minutes.
I am a qualified Integrative Relational Developmental Psychotherapist, with full UKCP registration currently in progress.
