About Me

Hello, and welcome. I'm Donna - a trainee psychotherapist based in Mickleover, Derby. I hold trainee membership of the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) and I am currently in the final stages of completing an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy.

My approach is rooted in a relational and developmental understanding of human experience. I believe therapy is a collaborative process - a space where meaningful change can emerge through a safe and authentic relationship. Whether you're navigating emotional difficulties, repeating old patterns, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental environment in which to explore.

With a background informed by both theoretical training and my own ongoing therapeutic journey, I bring curiosity, empathy, and a grounded presence to my work with clients. I work integratively, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic models to respond flexibly to your unique needs, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
